Brochure printing cost in India
A brochure carries a real per-copy cost because of the extra paper, the folding and, on a multi-page piece, the binding. That cost only makes sense when the brochure is handed to someone who has already shown interest. The ladders below are live from our checkout, GST included and delivered free.

What changes the price
- Page count is the biggest lever on a multi-page brochure. Every additional four pages is another sheet printed, folded and gathered.
- Folds are a finishing pass. A tri-fold costs more than a flat sheet of the same size because it goes through a folding machine after the press, and a piece with more panels goes through it more than once.
- Paper weight matters more here than on a flyer, because a brochure is meant to be kept. Heavier, coated stock costs more and holds colour better.
- Binding turns a stack into a booklet. Saddle stitching is the standard and is priced as a step; anything beyond it is a separate conversation.
- Quantity still moves the rate, but less steeply than for flyers, because more of a brochure’s cost is in the finishing that happens per copy.
On the product page you choose: size, paper stock, delivery speed, printed sides. The price recalculates as you choose, so every option’s cost is visible before you commit.
How to order brochures online
- Choose the format: a tri-fold for a service list or a map, a multi-page brochure for a considered purchase, a menu card for a table.
- Pick the size, paper, fold or page count on the product page. The price updates as you choose, so the cost of an extra four pages is visible before you commit to writing them.
- Set the quantity. Brochures are usually printed in smaller runs than flyers, so the ladder is shorter; check where you sit on it.
- Upload your artwork as a PDF, or design it in the browser with the online design tool — it works from a blank canvas or a template and exports print-ready.
- Folded pieces need the panels laid out in the right order, which is the thing most often got wrong. We check the imposition before printing and tell you if a panel would fold the wrong way.
- Check out. Add your GSTIN if you want input credit; the invoice carries it. Standard delivery is free to every serviceable PIN code, so the total you see is the total you pay.
Questions
Is a tri-fold brochure the same as a pamphlet?
In practice the words overlap. A tri-fold is a single sheet folded into six panels; a pamphlet is the same object under another name. The multi-page brochure is the different thing — several sheets bound together, priced by page count.
How many pages can a brochure have?
Page counts go up in multiples of four because each sheet folds into four pages. The product page lists the counts available and prices each one live, so you can see what an extra spread costs before you write it.
What paper is best for a brochure?
A coated stock in a medium weight for the inside pages, and a heavier cover if the brochure is bound. Uncoated paper reads as more restrained and is easier to write on; coated holds photographs better. Both are priced live on the product page.
