An institution orders in bursts — an intake, a sports day, a convocation — and each burst has a fixed date that nothing will move. The items below cover the recurring ones, with the quantities and lead times that make them plannable rather than fraught.
Before you order
- Collect apparel sizes before you order, not after. A size mix cannot be changed once a run is printed, and a spread that ignores the actual cohort leaves unusable stock at both ends.
- Order names and identity items in one go. ID cards, lanyards and name tags share artwork and a setup, so splitting them across two orders pays the same setup twice.
- Term and event dates are fixed, so work backwards from them. Production plus transit is commonly a week, and an intake date does not wait for a courier.
Team and house kit

Questions
Can we order different sizes in one apparel order?
Yes. A size mix is normal and is chosen when you configure the product — the minimum quantity applies to the order as a whole, not to each size. Collect the actual sizes from the cohort first, because a mix cannot be changed once printing has started.
Do you print school uniforms?
We print branded apparel — polo shirts, track suits, sweatshirts and caps carrying your crest or name — rather than manufacturing prescribed uniform garments to a specification. For house kit, sports teams, clubs and departmental wear that is usually exactly what is wanted; for a mandated uniform, check the garment specification against what the product page states before ordering.
Can certificates be printed with individual names?
Yes. Certificates are printed digitally, and digital printing images every sheet separately, so names differing on every copy costs no more than printing the same thing repeatedly. Send the list with your artwork.
