Shipping and Delivery Policy

Charges

Standard delivery is free on all orders, anywhere in India. There is no minimum order value to qualify.

Where a faster delivery option is available for your product and PIN code, it is offered at checkout with its price shown before you pay.

How long it takes

Total time is production plus transit. Production time is shown on every product page and typically runs from 1 to 5 working days depending on what is being made. Transit depends on where it is going.

• Metro cities — approximately 2 working days in transit.
• Other tier-one cities — approximately 3 working days.
• Most other serviceable PIN codes — approximately 5 working days.
• North-eastern states, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and island territories — 8 to 12 working days.

When the clock starts

Production begins once your artwork is approved, not when you pay. If artwork is still awaited, or a file needs correcting, the delivery date moves accordingly.

Orders approved after 12 noon start production the next working day. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.

Tracking and receipt

You receive a courier name and tracking number by email when your order is dispatched, and can follow it from your order page at any time.

Please check your order on delivery. Tell us within 48 hours if anything has arrived damaged, and keep the packaging — couriers require it to process a claim.

Areas we cannot reach

A small number of PIN codes are not serviceable by our delivery partners. If yours is one of them we will contact you promptly and refund in full.
