Printing for real estate
Property is sold with a brochure that is kept and a sign that is seen from a moving car, and the two need opposite things: one wants weight and detail, the other wants three words and a phone number. The items below are arranged the way a launch is — the sales office, the site and the material that leaves with the buyer.
Before you order
- Do not print the price list inside the brochure. Prices move during a launch; a separate single sheet can be reprinted for very little while the brochure stays current for the whole campaign.
- Check RERA registration text before printing anything public. The number and the disclaimer have to appear on advertising material, and a reprint to add them is the most common avoidable cost in this sector.
- Order site signage in the size the site needs, not the size the file was drawn at. Boards and banners are priced by area, so a proof at the intended size is worth checking for legibility at road distance.

Questions
Can you print a project brochure with a heavier cover?
Yes. Brochure pages offer a choice of paper for the cover and the inside pages, and a heavier cover with a lamination is the usual choice for a project brochure that has to survive being carried between site visits. The options and their effect on price are shown on the product page.
How large a site board can you print?
Boards and banners are made to custom sizes and priced by area, with the maximum stated on each product page. For very large hoardings beyond those limits, split the artwork into panels or ask us before ordering; we would rather say what we can make than deliver something that does not fit the frame.
Do you deliver to the site rather than the office?
Yes, to any serviceable PIN code in India, free. We print at our Bengaluru facility and courier from there, so allow the transit time shown for your city on top of the production time on the product page. A site with no formal address should give a landmark and a phone number the courier can call.
