Everything below describes how ePrintSmart actually works today. Where an answer summarises a policy, the full policy is linked at the bottom of the page and takes precedence.
What does ePrintSmart print?
Visiting cards, flyers, brochures, posters, banners and signage, business stationery, and custom-printed merchandise including t-shirts, polo shirts, hooded and non-hooded sweatshirts, jackets, workwear, safety vests, mugs and drinkware. Apparel can be printed or embroidered. Every product page lists its own sizes, materials, minimum quantity and production time.
Where do you deliver, and what does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free to every serviceable PIN code in India, with no minimum order value. Distance changes how long an order takes, not what it costs. A small number of PIN codes are not serviceable by our delivery partners; if yours is one of them we contact you and refund in full.
How long does an order take?
Total time is production plus transit. Production is shown on every product page and typically runs 1 to 5 working days. Transit is about 2 working days to metro cities, 3 to other tier-one cities, around 5 to most other serviceable PIN codes, and 8 to 12 working days to the north-eastern states, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the island territories.
When does production actually start?
When you approve your artwork, not when you pay. Orders approved after 12 noon start production the next working day. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
Are prices inclusive of GST, and do I get a tax invoice?
Yes. Every price shown on the site includes GST, so the figure you see is the figure you pay. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued on every order, and you can add your GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credit.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and is stated on each product page. Printed apparel generally starts at 10 units. Prices are tiered, so the per-unit rate falls as quantity rises, and the full quantity ladder is shown on the product page before you order.
Do you check my artwork before printing?
Yes. We check resolution, bleed and safe margins against the specification for the product you ordered, and tell you what is wrong before anything goes to press. Each product page publishes the exact bleed, safe margin, minimum DPI and colour mode it requires.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your artwork for printing, and we process it the same working day. Approving artwork commits materials to a press, so after that an order cannot normally be cancelled — though if you contact us immediately we will check whether production has genuinely started.
What if my order arrives wrong or damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs, and keep the packaging. If the order was printed materially differently from the artwork you approved, damaged in transit, or is the wrong product, quantity or specification, we reprint or refund the affected items — your choice. An error that was present in the artwork you approved is chargeable, because we printed what was approved.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds go back to the original payment method. We process them within 3 working days of approval, and the bank then takes a further 5 to 7 working days to credit the amount. Partial refunds are possible where only part of an order is affected.
Can I design something on the site, or do I need my own artwork?
Either. There is a browser-based design studio with templates, fonts and themes if you want to make artwork on the site, and you can upload a print-ready file instead if you already have one.
Who operates ePrintSmart?
ePrintSmart is the trading name of Erevu Ventures Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India in 2015 with CIN U74120KA2015PTC085015 and GSTIN 29AAECE1501F1Z4. Its registered office is at 177/1A, Third Floor, Bannerghatta Road, Bilekahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076, India, and it can be reached at support@eprintsmart.com or +91 98866 01717. A named grievance officer is published as required under the Information Technology Rules, 2021.
Is ePrintSmart fully launched?
It is running as a public beta. Orders are live and are produced and delivered normally, and payments work. Promotional codes are not honoured yet, and Print Credits accrue but cannot be redeemed until the beta ends.
