Corporate gifting
A gift with a logo on it is judged twice: once as a gift and once as a signal of how the company does things. The items below are the ones that survive both tests — things people keep on a desk rather than in a drawer.
Before you order
- Order against the ladder, not the headcount. Most gifting items drop sharply in per-unit rate over the first few rungs, so pricing the next quantity up is regularly cheaper in total than the number you had in mind.
- Decide the logo colours before you order. On anything screen printed or embroidered, colour count is a setup cost rather than a line item, and simplifying a mark to fewer colours cuts it.
- Work backwards from the date. Production is 1 to 5 working days depending on the item, transit is 2 to 5 depending on the city, and neither starts until artwork is approved.

Questions
What is the minimum quantity for corporate gifts?
It depends on the item and each product page states its own. Many gifting items start at a single unit, so a run of ten for a small team is perfectly orderable. Apparel and embroidered items usually start at ten because a setup has to be paid for either way.
Can different gifts go to different addresses?
Each order is delivered to one address. For gifts going to individual homes, place an order per address, or have everything delivered to one office and distributed from there — which is what most companies do, since it also lets someone check the printing before it reaches anyone.
Will the logo colours match exactly?
On printed items we work in CMYK, which reproduces most brand colours closely but cannot match every spot colour exactly. On embroidery, thread is matched to the nearest available shade. If an exact match matters, say so with your artwork and we will tell you honestly what is achievable before printing.
