A gym is branded by what its trainers wear and what its members carry out of the door. Both get sweated on, washed and dropped, so the fabric and the finish matter more than they do on a conference giveaway. The list below starts with the kit, because it is worn every day, and ends with the signage that sells the membership.
Before you order
- Order trainer kit in the sizes the trainers actually wear, with one spare per size. Apparel minimums are per style, not per size, so a run can be split across sizes without paying for extra setups.
- Choose a moisture-wicking polyester for anything worn during a session. Cotton prints beautifully and is the wrong fabric for a floor that runs at thirty degrees.
- Print the membership card and the welcome bottle together. Both are given at sign-up, and one order with one delivery date is easier to run than two.

Questions
Will the print survive washing?
Screen-printed and transferred designs on polyester and dri-fit fabrics are made for repeated washing; the usual failure is a hot iron applied directly to the print, not the washing machine. Each apparel page states its decoration method, and embroidery is the most durable option where the fabric allows it.
What is the minimum for branded t-shirts?
Apparel minimums are stated on each product page and are typically in the tens rather than the hundreds. The minimum applies to the style, so a run can be split across sizes and, on most styles, across a small number of colours.
Can I get everything delivered to the gym?
Yes. We print at our Bengaluru facility and deliver free to any serviceable PIN code in India. Apparel and bottles are produced separately and may arrive as separate parcels within the quoted window; each product page shows its own production time.
