Printing for agencies
An agency orders print for somebody else, which changes what matters: the invoice has to be in the right name, the delivery has to reach the client rather than the studio, and the colour on the proof has to be the colour on the box. The items below are the ones agencies reorder most, and each page states its minimum and its production time so a client can be given a date rather than a guess.
Before you order
- Put the client's GSTIN and address on the order if the client is paying. The tax invoice is issued against the details entered at checkout, and re-issuing one later is slower than getting it right at the start.
- Quote the client production plus transit, not one or the other. Production is per product and starts at artwork approval; transit depends on the delivery city. Both are shown before you pay.
- Send final artwork with fonts embedded and in CMYK. An agency file is usually the best-prepared file we see, and the one case that still goes wrong is an RGB export that shifts a brand colour on press.

Questions
Can the order be delivered straight to the client?
Yes. Enter the client's address as the delivery address at checkout and the parcel goes there directly. Packaging carries our despatch label and nothing that reads as marketing, so it arrives as the client's print rather than as an advertisement for us.
Can the invoice be in the client's name?
The tax invoice is raised against the billing details entered at checkout, so enter the client's legal name and GSTIN there if they are paying and want to claim input credit. If the agency is invoicing the client separately, use the agency's details instead.
Do you offer agency or reseller pricing?
Prices are the same for everyone and are shown live on each product page, so there is no separate rate card to request. What an agency does get is the top of every quantity ladder — the per-unit rate falls with volume, and consolidating several clients' flyers into one larger run of the same specification is the way to reach it.
